Sanddobberne Gallery
Sanddobberne Camping has its own little gallery, featuring local art, crafts, and a market stall.
The gallery is open every Wednesday from 10 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 6 PM during the season, with a creative workshop held from 3 PM to 5 PM.
We keep the gallery open as much as possible, and if you’d like to visit on a day when it’s closed, just give Ida Trier (who is also the camping manager) a call at 26172603 to check if we can open it for you.
Paintings and Glass Art by Ida Trier Dahlkild
Ida Trier is a trained graphic designer with many years of experience in the magazine industry, as well as working as a freelance graphic designer.
With Triers Hjørne in Jægerspris and later on Hovedgaden in Frederikssund, many graphic tasks have been solved, a lot of glass art has been created and sold, and many creative workshops have been held for creative people of all ages.
It is as a visual artist that Ida primarily makes her mark, and at Sanddobberne, this has resulted in, among other things, the Adventure Trail, which consists of ten large images distributed throughout the nature on the campsite. Also, see the pictures at Instagram; Sanddobbernesgalleri2025

Ida accepts orders for paintings or other tasks, so come in and have a look!

Drawings and paintings by Clara Trier Holst
Clara is the daughter of the family running the campsite and has quite a few artworks in the gallery. She works with various materials and is making a name for herself as a multitalented young artist. Clara also helps out, for example, with face painting, where she is an unparalleled master.
Pia Kingo, ceramicist
Our talented ceramic artist, Pia Kingo, is from Odsherred and specializes in raku firing her ceramics. She shines with a quirky imagination, and her works radiate humor and warmth. Her craftsmanship is of high quality, yet her prices are reasonable, making her pieces highly sought after.
Line Billeskov, ceramicist
As a near neighbor to the campsite, Line has a special connection to Sanddobberne. She has created a whole series of ceramics in soft blue tones, directly related to the location, some even with the Sanddobberne stamp. Line also has a cozy showroom in Vindekilde, which we are happy to recommend.
Pia Løfqvist, jewelry designer
We proudly present Pia’s jewelry in the gallery. She is a true recycling artist, a treasure hunter at heart, and she can make a few beads look like a million dollars. Pia visits from time to time with her wonderful jewelry suitcase, full of materials and tools, and holds workshops where you can create your own jewelry.

There is Creative Wednesday with creative workshops every Wednesday from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM throughout the season, where Ida Trier inspires and sets activities in motion.
All participating guests, including those from outside, pay a workshop fee of 25 DKK (but if you have purchased a day guest ticket, the entrance fee is included). Any material consumption will be settled by agreement and should be ordered in advance if you have specific requests.
